Pros - Compact, dual sim, two batteries usb charging, tft touch screen
Cons - two batteries, talk time is crap, overall value is crap, found same phone under another name for 60, wap kinda works, not a java phone which i thought i originally read it was, so no 2nd party apps, camera is crap, os is crap not user friendly, not a 200 msrp phone, tries to be a smart phone but is not capable, dont mind that it stole iphone icons, but not at all capable of same functions.
Other thoughts - Dont buy for cool factor, dont buy for capabilities, buy for handset replacement or dual sim features, the rest kinda sucks. Look elsewhere for cheaper as well. Not a fan, my only hope is to pawn it off on someone else. Possibly get it reflashed possibly with better os.

Pros - I bought one for my daughter. Very compact, quad band so you can use it just about anywhere in the world. Comes with 2 batteries. The dual SIM is the real reason to buy this phone.
Cons - Remember that this is for GSM networks and cannot be used on non-GSM networks (Sprint/Nextel and Verizon are CDMA, NOT GSM ).
Headphones use a proprietary plug. But, there is always the bluetooth option
