Pros - Makes it easy to put your laptop in front of your favorite chair at the most optimal angle. Easy to move with the roller wheels. Well balanced and strong...normally (see Cons, below).

Cons - Bought two of these. First one worked perfectly as soon as it was assembled. On the second one, however, two of the four welds that hold the vertical post to the base, broke as I was attaching the base. I did not realize this, however, until I put the table upright and it suddenly fell over! It was almost like it was on a hinge! If the table had waited just five minutes to fail, it would have taken a $1200.00 laptop to the floor with it! And my laptop warranty does not cover "dropping".

Other thoughts - To be completely fair, Handstands was very good about making it right. The very day I called them to complain, they sent out a new central post. Once I assembled it, I tested it this time (along with the first table) with eighteen pounds of books for 24 hours. No problems. I am giving this a rating of four because overall it is a very good product, but I highly recommend you test the table with something less valuable than a laptop before you start to use it.
