Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. Should you need to return an item, please make a note of our "no hassle" return criteria:

a. We shipped the wrong item
b. The item was damaged during shipment
c. The item arrived defective

Yet, if an item includes a manufacturer's warranty and does arrive defective (i.e., it was not damaged during shipment), you must contact the manufacturer regarding a return; Essex Technology Group will not accept returns when a manufacturer's warranty is included.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send an email to andy@essextechgroup.com explaining the problem and include the following information:

a. Why you want to return the item
b. Your Newegg Mall Order number
c. Your name, address, e-mail address and daytime phone number

When you are approved for an RMA, we'll send you an RMA number and detailed return shipping instructions. When we have received the item and verified the contents, we'll issue a refund (in some instances - if you purchased the wrong item by mistake and its factory seal has been broken, for example - a 15% restocking fee may apply to your return and/or refund).
