Returns and exchanges will be handled directly by individual merchants to facilitate the correct delivery of credits and/or replacement items to you. Tax will be calculated based on the location from which your item is shipped.

All you have to do is click the My Account link. It's located at the bottom of most pages.
Log in using the email address and password that you used to register your account. If you've forgotten your password, please click here. If you're a new customer, you don't have to register an account with us first. However, we suggest you create an account since you'll be eligible for additional benefits, such as reviewing products or merchants and getting alerts for promotions first.
Review & Change Orders
We know you can't wait to receive your order from us. To satisfy your curiosity about where your package is, you can always check the status of your order at any time.
Changes can be made to Newegg Mall orders that haven't been shipped yet. Please keep in mind, however, that when a change is made to an order, its estimated delivery date may be affected.
Update Account Information
Forgot Your Password? No problem! All you have to do is enter the email address you used to register your account and click Submit. We'll send you an email with instructions to update your password on our secure server.
Changing any other account information--such as your Customer ID, shipping or billing address--is simple. Just log in using the email address and password linked to your Newegg Mall account. There will be links to change your name, email address or password under Account Settings.
Logging Out
If you're using a public computer, make sure to log out of your Newegg Mall account. All you have to do is click on the Log Out link at the top of the page.

Newegg Mall takes pride in our marketplace, so all ordering, prices and shipping quotes are provided through the website.

All information provided about products on NeweggMall.com is provided by merchants and/or third party sources. This includes price, availability, size, material, color, and any other applicable information.
At Newegg Mall, we try to provide you with up-to-date product information that is accurately displayed. However, if you happen to find incorrect information listed, please notify us right away so the issue can be fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Search Tips
Searching for a specific item? There's no need to ask an employee where to find that particular product. Newegg Mall makes it easier to shop and find items you want.
Simply enter an item's name or description into the Search box (it's in the top left corner of every page, right under our logo) and click Go. Our search engine will look through all the items on our site to find the best match for you. Even if you don't have the entire name or description, enter what you know. Chances are good that, if we've got it on the site, our search engine will find it!
If you aren't sure exactly what you're looking for and would rather browse our categories, you can use the category breakdown (it's located at the left of our pages) instead.
Using Your Cart
Your Cart is where you put items you'd like to purchase. You can put as many items in your Cart as you'd like. It's even easy to remove them if you change your mind.
Adding items into your Cart is as easy as the click of a button. Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button located on its detail page.
If you still have things to purchase, you can browse our categories or type in a specific search term in the search box (it's in the top left corner of every page, right under our logo) and repeat the process for anything else you want.
Then click on the Checkout button when you're done shopping.
That's it!
If you already have an account with us, all the items you've added to your cart will remain there until you proceed to checkout, manually remove them or the item becomes unavailable.
To remove items from your Cart, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Cart.
2. Check the box in the "Remove" column next to the item you want to remove.
3. Click on the Remove link to update your Cart. Your Grand Total should reflect the change immediately.
You can update the number of items you'd like to purchase directly from your Cart too. Simply change the "Qty." number next to your item and click the Update link when you're finished. Your Cart will reflect the change immediately.
You can view your Cart at any time by clicking on the Cart icon at the top right corner of any page.
Placing Your Order
Once you've finished shopping, you're ready to complete your order. Click on the Checkout button at the lower right corner of the Shopping Cart to proceed to the next step.
1. Log in
If you haven't already, enter your email address (the one you used to register an account with us).
If you're a new customer, you will be requested to create a password as well. For tips about creating more secure passwords, please see our Privacy & Security Tips page.
2. Enter Your Shipping Information
Fill in the correct destination address for your order. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "P.O. Box" along with your box number in the address field.
Choose a shipping method. We will estimate the shipment dates for you on your order confirmation, just before you submit your order. Our default shipping method is Ground, but you can select expedited shipping if you need your order sooner. For more information about shipping preferences, please see the Shipping section.
3. Payment Information
How would you like to pay for your order? We accept Visa and MasterCard. All orders must be prepaid.
4. Verify Your Order
Look over your order to make sure the listed items and quantities are correct.
If you'd like to modify your order before you complete checkout, you can do so from this page.
5. Order Confirmation
Congratulations! You have successfully completed your order.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may check our online Order Status Page for updates as well.
Your order may arrive in separate boxes if it consists of multiple items. Don't worry; your shipping charge covers your entire order, no matter how many boxes it comes in.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping fees based on product availability and the shipping options that you select and display them on your Cart page.
Please be sure to double-check your shipping information. An incorrectly entered address could needlessly delay your shipment.

Shopping tip: if you order more than one item from the same store, you may also save on delivery costs.
Shipping Preferences
Newegg Mall's standard shipping is Ground (usually 3-5 days). If you'd prefer to receive your order more quickly, you can select an expedited shipping method. Different merchants often offer different methods, so you can choose when you want your order to arrive.

At Newegg Mall, we're always concerned about the safety and security of our customers. We've instituted numerous safety measures so that you can feel safe shopping on our site. However, the best way to ensure your online peace of mind is to be aware of potential security risks so you can stay alert no matter where you surf. Listed below are some safety guidelines.
Safeguard Your Passwords
* Create a password, using at least 8-10 characters. Generally, a combination of numbers and letters, or even characters (if the website will allow it), work best. Don't use a password that can be easily guessed (such as your birthday or name) or that's sensitive information (like your Social Security Number).
* Keep your passwords private. Anyone who has your password can likely access your account.
* Use different passwords for different sites. The same password for every site, though easier to remember, poses a greater security risk.
* Change your password regularly.
* If you're using a public computer, or even one that you share with someone else, make sure to always log out of your accounts after completing a session.
Be Careful of Unnecessary E-mail and Phone Communications
* Newegg Mall will never contact you to request or confirm any of your personal information.
* If you ever receive a request to confirm or provide your personal information (including usernames and passwords), disregard it. This is an often-used method, popularly called phishing, of getting valuable information from unsuspecting people for identity theft or fraudulent purposes.
* Be aware of who's sending you emails. Emails can contain malware (like spyware or viruses) that is triggered by opening (or even previewing) the message. However, most email programs have spam filters that will help filter your incoming mail. You can specify addresses from which you'll accept emails; everything else is sent to a spam folder, which you can check periodically to see if the filter caught a legitimate email.
Research the Products
* The product reviews are the personal opinions of other shoppers like you. Take the time to read through them to get an idea of what to expect from the item.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand there are instances when products are ordered, but you do not receive what you expected. Newegg Mall has you covered. You may return most new, unopened products to the merchant from whom you placed your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If you already opened the item, all original packaging and contents must be returned with the product. Please use our RMA Portal to request a return to the merchant from whom you ordered.
Occasionally, a refund may take longer than usual to process. Typically, the refund time period includes the transit time for the merchant to receive your item, the time it takes the merchant to process your return, and the time it takes your bank to process your credit. Your merchant should keep you apprised of the status of your RMA.
For products returned more than 30 days after purchase, contact the merchant directly.
Order Troubleshooting
Are you receiving an error message while trying to place your order or having other problems completing your order? Here are some suggestions that might solve your problem:
Is your Cart empty? Are there items missing from your Cart that you know you added to it? You probably were not logged into your account when you were adding items to your Cart. Unfortunately, when you leave NeweggMall.com, if you are not logged into your account, your Cart items will not be saved.
Did you receive an error message on the payment page? Check your credit card number again to make sure the number was entered correctly. There should not be any spaces or dashes. Make sure you have entered the right credit card type, expiration date and CCV2 code.
Is the page looping or not updating? You can force your web browser to update by holding the Shift key on your keyboard and at the same time clicking the Reload or Refresh button on your browser. If this problem continues, please notify us.
Receiving the "ZIP Code and City Do Not Match" error? This error could be related to the way you entered your city name. Try entering the full name of the city or an abbreviation without any punctuation. For example, enter "West Hills" or "W Hills," instead of "W. Hills." Please also be sure to enter the correct ZIP Code without any spaces.
I didn't see an order confirmation page. It is likely that your order still went through. However, check your email to see if you receive a confirmation about your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, you can try resubmitting your order.
What should I do if I accidentally placed a duplicate order? You can cancel your order from your My Account page. However, if the order has already processed, you should contact your merchant(s) immediately. If duplicate orders have already been shipped, you should use the RMA Portal to request return of the second set of items once you receive them.
The status of my order says that it has been voided. Unfortunately, your order has been cancelled. This could have occurred for different reasons. Try placing your order again or contact the merchant.
